Fernando Siqueira, engenheiro, entrou na Petrobrás em 1971. Aposentou em 1995, como gerente de projetos da Bacia de Campos, tendo exercido várias funções gerenciais. Foi reeleito para o cargo de presidente da Associação dos Engenheiros da Petrobrás-AEPET. É presidente do Conselho Fiscal da Fundação Petrobrás de Seguridade – PETROS e vice-presidente do Clube de Engenharia. Em 2009 foi escolhido como homem do ano no setor energia pela Federação Nacional dos Engenheiros-FNE. Atualmente, vem participando ativamente na campanha do pré-sal, tendo proferindo 80 palestras em 2010, participando de audiências públicas na Câmara Federal.
